Tightness Test Device 

Overview:

       Mainly used the precision pressure transmitter to Sampling, through the dispose of SCM system to discriminate various signal volume, and exported the discriminate results (Sound and Light alarm). Each time can try to do 1-3 test samples.  

Technical characteristics

1       The working power: AC220V±10%  50Hz

2       The test station using the pressure transmitter of 0.25 classes, the gasholder used the pressure transmitter of 0.5 classes.  

3       When the pressure of the gasholder is lower than the set point, the control system will activate the repair gas valve to make the system restore normalcy.  

4       When the start signal of some stations is given, the measured pieces fill the gas to the stated rate, the system closed. At this time detect whether the pressure of the circuit test system meets the requirements, and to give the detect results within the stipulated time. 

Used for the gastightness test of various Pump, Valve and so on , to ensure the performance of  the products is reliability .
