1. Water valve performance tester is mainly used to test the electromagnetic valve performance of the washing machines and dishwashers, to detect the flow volume start performance of the electromagnetic valve and the performance detect of the water sealing characteristics, can be set under the different pressure to test the water valve start up performance, also can set at the different pressure conditions to test the water pressure maintain properties (show in curves), and the water flow volume under the different water pressure (show in curves and data saved).
2. The main technical requirements

Test station: One/ two /three (Separate curves for each station display and data preservation);

Test cycle: 0-999s, can be set up

The test voltage range of the test sample: 0~36V DC,5~270V AC/50Hz

Testing product type: Single-port inlet valve, dual-port inlet valve, and three-port inlet valve.

Product test connector: G3/4

Test air pressure : 0.3-1.2Mpa

Start water pressure measuring range: (0.02~1.60)MPa, Accuracy ± 0.25%, resolution 0.005MPa

Water pressure start from the 0 Mpa, every 10 seconds the water pressure add 0.025 Mpa until it reached to 1.0 Mpa. After the water pressure stable at the 9s, use 1s to read the water flow volume, display with the curve and to save the data.

3. Start water flow volume measuring range:(3.30~40.00)L/min, Accuracy ± 0.5%, resolution 0.01L. Due to the large flow rate span, so it needs to use three flow sensors:

Measuring the small flow volume: (0.2~1.6 l/min)

Measuring the medium flow volume: (1.6~10 l/min)

Measuring the large flow volume: (10~40 l/min)

4. Water tightness test

Make the test sample filled with the water and increase the pressure to the rating rate (adjustable), closed the system, at this time the test system will continuously obtain the change of the test sample pressure value, and give out the test results within the stated time (can preset). Use the curve and the data to reflect the state.

5. Medium temperature: Normal temperature -80 °C, adjustable

Water tank capacity: approximately 200L

Water temperature control range: Room temperature ~ 90 °C, accuracy: ± 0.5 °C; digital display, PID regulator.

The water tank with the water level control and the automatic replenishment functions, it also has the insulation layer.

The pipes at the tester are the circular system, through the water tank to recycling use the water source
