3.Structure

Electric Operating Table is made up of the table top, the main part, the electric controlling part and the accessories, etc. It’s raising, lowering, lateral tilt, trendelenburg and reversed trendelenburg,backward and forward movements are all drived by the motors.

The table top is made up of head section, back section, seat section, leg section, foot section and kidney bridge. The head section and the foot section can all be disassembled. The head section and back section can be raised or lowered from the horizontal. The kidney bridge can be adjusted up and down.The leg section can be lowered from the horizontal and opened. The table top can be move backward and forward on the main if necessary. The table top is made of engineering plastics, thus X-ray examination of can be carried out on it.

The main part includes rotary frame, lateral tilt arrangements, trendelenburg and reversed trendelenburg arrangements, ascending and descending arrangements and the base. The lateral tilt arrangements, trendelenburg and reversed trendelenburg arrangements can drive the rotary frams to carry out the lateral tilt, trendelenburg and reversed trendelenburg movements. Moving system can drive the operating table Backward and Forward movements. Ascending and descending arrangements can drive the operating table to ascend or descend.

The electric controlling part is made up of steady power supple, controlling push button container. The power supply of the operating table is :connect with alternating current (220V AC), then change it into direct current (24V DC) to drive the motor starter to word.

Electric operating table mattresses are produced by the high-density sponge covered leatherette materials or overall bubble forming, with antistatic properties.

This product is equipped with emergency power supply, and emergency power is lead-acid battery which you can automatically charge, When net power is off , the emergency power source can automatically jump to working condition. Emergency power has charging light. When the green light is bright, it means it is charging. After the power is sufficient, light turns off.

4. (Instruction of Electric Operating Table)

The ascending and descending movements, lateral tilt movements, reversed trendelenburg , trendelenburg movements and backward and forward movements of the table top are all electrically operated. It has a moving controlling push button container attached.

The controlling push button are all dot buttons, when the necessary button is rushed, the corresponding motor will work, when the button is not puessde, all movements stop.

1 Connect with power supply.

2 Push the corresponding buttons, the operating table can carry out the action.

3 The motion idler wheel is installed in the pedestal of the operating table, it can be locked to the ground when trampling the side pedal, it can move around when tramping the other side pedal.

4 Operate handle of head part, the kidney bridge can ascend or descend, head section raised from the horizontal and elevated.

5 Folds upward of back section are controlled by pressure springs and can be adjusted within adjusting range at any location. If you want to raise the back section, kidney bridge must be first rotated to the minimum height. Then pull the spanner with one hand and hold the spanner near the head tightly with the other hand  to control the angel of the back section’s rising. When the back section folds upward automatically to the needed location, loosen the spanner ,the back section will be fixed there. If you want to lower the back section , pull the spanner with one hand and hold the spanner near the head tightly and rotating it to the wanted location. Loosen the spanner and the back section will just be fixed there.

6 The Company will be able to provide circuit draws in accordance with users’ needs.

5. (Accessories):

When the product is packaged, all the accessories should be installed in the operating table. Accessories can be selected according to user requirements. When dismounting , just simply loose the fastening handle, then remove the accessories or adjust the positions.

6.(Cautions):

1 Before using the operating table, lock all handles tightly,so as to prevent them from loosing or sliding off while used.

2.The operating table can electrically operate 8 movements. These movements must be operated separately. Attention: the product is supplied by single-phase alternating current (220V, 50Hz), tri-socket .Fuse plug rating is 8A ,.Please carefully inspect socket to insure reliable earth; shut off power while stop perform. When trouble happen please inform company /agency to assign engineer overhaul, don’t overhaul by yourself.

3.Every time, after the operation, clean the dirt on the table and keep it clean, make the table top be in the horizontal position and descend the kidney bridge.

4. Keep the button container dry and clean to avoid current leakage. Keep it in the proper place after being used.

5. Don’t step on the current mains or controlling mains to avoid breaking the connecting joints or damaging the insulation coat of the wire.

 6. Put the operating table in dry place to avoid the electric controlling devices being wet and being damaged.

7.It must be repaired and kept clean regularly, once every year.

8.The replacement parts during Electric operating table’ normal using period, has been confirmed scrapped (unable to use), should be handled according to the classification (recyclable and non-recovery).

9.The service life for Electric operating table is seven years. If it is used in expired period, it maybe led to wearing and corrosion of some mechanical parts, and had a negative influence upon the mechanical intensity. The patients maybe suffered. So the operating table should be used in the regular maintenance and during safety using period.

10.The safe working load of the table is 135kg.

    11. Electric operating table must be used on the antistatic ground.

  12.The kidney bridge should be kept on the lowest position, before folding back section upward to protect the waist panel.

13.The tabletop must be moved to the middle-surface, and make sure that the center of the tabletop remain consistent with the counterpart of column before adjusting  electric operating table to rise or to decline .Otherwise, a fall-jitter phenomenon occurs.

   14.The tabletop must be moved to the middle position, which is needed to hold a patient stably. Back plane and leg plate can not be used separately to support the overall body.

15 Voltage : 24V emergency power supply, battery capacity ≥ 2.4AH. Emergency power inspection must be operated every six months. The battery should be replaced once a year. If the external protective conductor in the installation or the integrity of the wiring is in doubt, equipment should be supplied to run by the internal power.

   16.Please pay attention not to make the metal contact with rechargeable batteries, prevent battery from exposing to high heat, and not to throw the scrapped batteries into the fire.

17.Warning: electric operating table coupled with high-frequency surgical equipment for use, it is possible for the operator and patients to be burned.

7.Cleaning, disinfection and sterilization

1,Washing the operating table with water is prohibited.

2,Clean operating table with a soft cloth, sponge, wet cloth or detergent. Not use a hard brush, steel wire brush, decontamination powder, paint, ether, bananas water, acid-base solution to any surface.

     3.Mattress must be disinfection with alcohol, ether, ultraviolet disinfection and so on (abandoning high-temperature disinfection).

This device in package should be stored indoor with a relative humidity less than 80%, no erosive air and good ventilation is required. No side-sloping.

It can be shipped in regular transportation without crash, oscillation, rain or direct sunlight.
