Liquid level monitoring

As every sampling channel has independent liquid level monitoring system, various vessels on the worktable just need to use ordinary plastic tip, thus through channel’s in-built pressure sensor to detect the real liquid surface.

Clot monitoring

Unique pressure sensor analysis system, with pressure sensor to detect liquid surface as the foundation, analyzes negative pressure variation and signal response inside the channel as meeting clot at the pipetting process to sense clots and clogged tips under complex conditions.

Empty pipe monitoring

During the pipetting process, each channel of the perfect vessel volume monitoring system can monitor whether fluid remains inside the vessel at the most wide range in accordance with the basic detection modes, and according to the vessel dimension to calculate if there is ample liquid inside the vessel. The control software conducts interruption handling based on the feedback monitoring data from the instrument.

Intelligent mechanical arm

8 Channels Sampling arm and plate transfer arm can work separately.

Sampling mechanical arm works simultaneously with the transfer mechanical arm without interference. Speed advantage is obviously improved.

The use of intelligent mechanical arm can rapidly, precisely and stably collect enzyme

plate, as well the intelligent collect function simplifies and humanizes the operation; even though the power failure the plate will not drop.

Incubator

16 plates

Every 4 plates constitute a module and 4 sets of modules in total. Every incubation module can control the temperature and shaking individually, and can add light-shield for incubation according to customers’ needs.

96-needle plate washer

Simultaneously clean 3pcs microplates to improve the cleaning efficiency of the wash plate; structure of plate washer adopts multiple calibrations to ensure the conformity and accuracy of 96-needle washer.
