Our automated Elisa workstation integrate Blood sample and reagent pipetting, microplate incubator, washer, Elisa reader. It can test Elisa, HIV, HCV, TP etc. automatically. The system runs quickly with easy user interface, and can process multiple assays per plate and many plates in a batch. It provides the Elisa procedure with no user intervention required. Stable and accurate system avoid cross-contamination mostly can protect the operator very well.

Liquid level monitoring
As every pipetting channel has independent liquid level monitoring system, channel’s in-built pressure sensor can detect the real liquid surface.
Clot monitoring
Unique pressure sensor analysis system, based on the detected liquid surface, analyzes negative pressure variation and signal response inside the channel as meeting clot at the pipetting process to sense clots and clogged tips under complex conditions.
Empty tube monitoring
Perfect vessel volume monitoring system can monitor whether fluid remains inside the vessel at the most wide range in accordance with the basic detection modes, and according to the vessel dimension to calculate if there is sample liquid inside the vessel.
Intelligent Pipetting arm
Liquid handling arm works simultaneously with the transfer arm without interference. Speed advantage is obviously improved.
The intelligent transfer arm can rapidly, precisely and stably collect enzyme
plate, even though the power failure will not cause plate dropping.

Each incubation module can control the temperature and shaking individually, and can add black cover for incubation according to customers’ requirement.
Plate washer
96-needle plate washer
The washer has 96 washing needles, can wash the whole plate one time, and can simultaneously clean 3 microplates to improve the cleaning efficiency. It is high speed washer which can prohibit overtime incubation to make the result of the test most reliable. The structure of plate washer adopts multiple calibrations to ensure the conformity and accuracy of 96-needle washer.
