Introduction of Pomace dryer:
The pomace dryer consists of heat supply source, feeding machine, revolving cylinder, discharging machine, induced-draft fan, tripper, and power distribution cabinet; after enter the dryer machine, the wet brewery mash
distributes in the dryer equably and contacts the hot air fully when flipped by the lifting plate in the drum, this will quicken the heat transfer and mass transfer.During the drying process, with action of the inclined lifting plate and heat medium, the dried brewery mash is discharged from the star-shape discharge valve in another side of the dryer.

Mechanical Structure and Working Principle of Pomace dryer:

pomace system consists of the heat source, feeding machinery, rotary drum, discharging machinery, induced draft fan, discharge devices, and distribution cabinet.

The wet material is put into the dryer system after dehydration.

The material can disperse evenly and contact fully with the hot air in the dryer system through the stirring of the plate which is in the roller.

Thus quicken the speed of drying, heat transferring and mass transferring.

In the process of drying, the material can be sent out by the star unloading valve which is in the other end of the dryer system under the action of the gradient plate and the hot mass.
