1.Introduction of DePing series welding preheater in pipe preheating

 

Welding preheaters are widely applied on steel pipe preheating prior to welding.

To fuel with liquefied flammable gas, pipes are preheated by the flame from jet nozzles in uniform distribution around the pipe internal heater ring.There are 6 symmetrical rollers on the welding preheater,running along the preheated pipe, to ensure even heating effect.Its hinged split semicircle design is for easy installation.
