1.Introduction of internal pipe heater with natural gas

 

Pneumatic internal pipe heater with natural gas is widely applied on steel pipe preheating prior to welding.

To fuel with liquefied flammable gas, pipes are preheated by the flame from jet nozzles in uniform distribution around thering of  pneumatic internal pipe heater with gas.There are 6 symmetrical rollers on the pneumatic pipe heater,running along the preheated pipe, to ensure even heating effect.Its hinged split semicircle design is for easy installation.
