We will start to sell abroad this machine because we want bring abroad Japanese culture of soup stock called “dashi” in Japan. Dried bonito slicer will be able to taste fresh flavor and deliciousness like in Japan. In addition, a fragrant flavor comes out after shaving dried bonito.

 Quenching by ductile cast iron and polishing processing.

 

♦ 14 blades and adopted disk cutter.

 14 blades which are strong for nicking set on disk at best angle calculated on disk.

 This is the reason why it is possible for high efficiency cutting that provide little refuse

 and high yield by the synergistic effect with air cylinder.

 

♦ Usable screw type adjustment for cutting edge.

 Adjustment for cutting edge need only revolving a screw.
