This machine is slicer for dried foods called "Katsuo-bushi" in Japan.
We will start to sell abroad this machine because we want bring abroad Japanese culture of soup stock called “dashi” in Japan. Dried bonito slicer will be able to taste fresh flavor and deliciousness like in Japan. In addition, a fragrant flavor comes out after shaving dried bonito.
