Tube aseptic material sterilizer is ancillary equipment to aseptic cold filling line developed by Sunswell, which can handle a wide range of devices, especially in dealing with some corrosive products of high-viscosity, high acidity, fibrous or granular contents or dead corners. The system is equipped with an internal CIP cleaning system, hot SIP pre-sterilization, pressure detection alarm and other functions to meet the sterile requirements of production equipment.
2.The configuration instructions
It consists of tubular heat exchanger, the mass balance system, pressurization system, steam systems, cooling systems, homogeneous degassing system (optional), control cabinet and other components.
1) Tubular Heat Exchanger - the system is the core equipment of sterilization machine, which is used for high-temperature sterilization for liquid treatment, high temperature insulation, heat recovery, cooling, with high temperature keeping time varying according to different types of solution.
2) material balance system – it can provide a constant flow of treatment liquid and constant pressure for the tubular Heat Exchanger to to ensure constant sterilization temperature, sterilization time, the outlet temperature and outlet flow.
3) pressurization system - the system is installed in the heat recovery section outlet, which can ensure pressure of material is higher than water.
4) Pressure Monitoring System - The system is installed in the cooling section to ensure that the pressure of material side is higher than that of ice water. Two pressures can be detected automatically through the pressure difference system.
5) homogeneous degassing system (optional) - selection of the system depending on the material, and the system's internal temperature can be adjusted automatically according to the set value.
6) steam system – it can provide sufficient thermal energy to the treatment liquid, can control sterilization temperature to ensure constant sterilization temperature by use of temperature sensor.
7) Cooling system - the temperature of the treatment liquid is cooled to produce the desired final temperature.
8) Control cabinets and racks – they are equipped with PLC, electrical switches, and pneumatic devices, including all air valve, air switch and pipes, relays, flow meter control devices, control button. Most of the equipment components are installed on the stainless steel frame, which is a welded structure with adjustable stainless steel legs and stainless steel plate.
3.The machine features
1) Power adjustment with ease - the production flow can be easily adjusted without replacing the parts.
2) Sanitary construction – all the parts in contact with the materials are made of 316 stainless steel, which is resistant to the fouling.
3) It can be cleaned with CIP and be sterilized by hot water SIP - the device is constituted by heat-resistant parts, and can be available for cleaning and disinfection with hot water and the specified chemical liquid.
4) The constancy of the system flow and temperature - Production size in the state of production will not change due to amount changes in the following equipments, which can ensure that the system flow and temperature are constant, and ensure good sterilization effect.
5) Continuously monitoring the pressure inside the system – the system can continuously monitor the pressure inside the panel with its pressure sensor to ensure the reliability of sterile conditions.
6) Simple operation- through the PLC centralized control, the system can reveal all the processes on the touch screen display. Operators can only set parameters to know the stability of data detection system on the touch screen.
7) Simultaneous operation inside and outside sterilization, which can save operation time.
