GYC-60B New Two Direction Wire Cutting Machine is used to cut the mass foam concrete block in horizontal and vertical double direction in one time, save cost and very easy to operate.

1.  Six shafts equipped with bearings, reduce the friction, and increase the rope wire lifetime.

2.  Both horizontal and vertical cutting are cutting both way, keep the blocks more stable, and get good shape blocks.

Q: What's the spare parts of the GYC-60B Foam concrete cutting machine?

A: GYC-60B Foam concrete cutting machine has a few spare parts such as the cutting wireropes, springs, and turnbuckles.

Q: How long to change the spare parts?

A: It is up to the local materials characteristics, normally the cutting wireropes 1~3months, springs 7~12months, turnbuckles 7~12months.

Q: Except for the GYC-60B Foam concrete cutting machine, is there anyothers required or needed?

A: The rails (tracks) are required, some clients don't want to damage their warehouse ground, so the cutter could be equipped with the tracks on the ground, easy and cost-effective. Besides, if you want to save labours, could think to use a block clamp and a forklift, move the finish CLC blocks easyily.
