Fully Enclosed Static PressureType Press Machine means the static pressure screw,nut and bearings are fully enclosed.  It's an ideal firebrick/ refractory brick making machine.

Fully Enclosed Static Pressure Type Press Machine is on the transmission of static pressure screw,nut and bearings, through the screw rotates match up the nut to drive slider do up and down straight line motion, when all the action running form an oil film between the bearings, in the cylinder via a dedicated pipeline the lubricating oil is introduced to the mandatory automatic lubricating station and filtered there, after that it re-enters into the cylinder for use through a high-pressure pipeline.                              

The fully enclosed static type press machine avoides the wear scratches caused by the the inadequate manual lubircation to lower wear rate and longer life time. Its lifetime is TWICE times of the common screw press machines.
