Tilting Type Gas Crucible Copper/Aluminum Scrap Melting Furnace Aluminum/Copper/Zinc/Lead/Gold Tilting Type Gas-fired Crucible Melting Furnace

Application: The furnace is used to melt copper/aluminum scrap at a rated temperature of 1250/850°C.

Fuels used: natural gas, LPG, city coal gas;

Furnace Shell

The furnace shell is fabricated from steel plates and sectional steel while the furnace cover from cast iron material.

Refractory lining

The refractory lining of the melting chamber is built with once-forming casting material. This once-formed structure has a strong strength, and a long service life. (compression strength: 140Mpa at a temperature higher than 110°C; linear change rate: 0.1%). The heat insulation layer is comprised of Grade One silicate aluminum fiber and light refractory bricks.

Burning system

The burning system employs European burner, which has functions of temperature control, automatic ignition, flame detection, and automatic start-up or shut-off of the burner based on the temperature upper limit and lower limit.

Tilting System

The tilting system can be electrical type or hydraulic type. The electrical type tilting mechanism includes reducing gear and gear motor. The latter includes the hydraulic cylinder, oil tank, and valves.

Melting capacity: up to 2Ton or more based on specific requirement of customers

Packaging & Shipping

The furnace is packed in plywood cases which can be moved through forklift by its feet.

The nearest sea port is Shanghai port which is the largest and most convenient port over China.

The delivery time is 60 days after receipt of down payment.

The furnace can usually be loaded into normal container (20GP or 40GP).

The delivery term can be FOB, CIF, or CNF.

Our company provides test-running service to the customers. We would send our engineers to the buyer's site for installation, test-running and training service. The customer should bear the following costs: round-way air ticket fare, and board and lodging, and daily allowance.
