Stationary/Non-tilting Oil-fired Aluminum Scrap Crucible Melting Furnace

Application

The furnace is used to melt aluminum scrap at a rated temperature of 850°C.

Fuels used: waste engine oil; diesel oil; waste oil, etc;

Structure: The furnace shell is fabricated from steel plates and sectional steel.

Refractory lining

The refractory lining of the melting chamber is formed by once-forming casting material. This structure has a strong strength, and a long service life. (compression

strength: 140Mpa at a temperature higher than 110°C; linear change rate: 0.1%). The heat insulation layer is comprised of Grade One silicate aluminum fiber

and light refractory bricks.

Burning system

The combustion system employs the compound type burner, which has functions of temperature control,

automatic ignition, flame detection, and automatic start-up or shut-off of the combustor based on the temperature upper limit and lower limit.

Melting cycle: about 2.5hours per cycle (including charging and discharging time)

The delivery term can be FOB, CIF, or CNF.

Our company provides test-running service to the customers. We would send our engineers to the buyer's site for installation, test-running and training service. The customer should bear the following costs: round-way air ticket fare, and board and lodging, and daily allowance.
