1. How long will it take to execute my order?

This depends on the order quantity.Sample normal delivery time is 3-7 working days.

2.What shipping methods could we choose?

We provide DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, TNT, Aramex, HongKong Post, China Post, Sea Transportation and so on for customers to choose from. But if customers have their own shipping agents, you can use your own shipping methods.

3.What payment methods do you accept?

4..Could  you do OEM?

Of course we can do this for you but we have MOQ requirement .

 5.Do you have products in stock?

For most common item we have stock but we do not reserve all the items in the stock. If there is any stock, we will inform you with details.

6.What the warranty term for your products?

All of out products have at least 1 year warrant. Pls provide us the picture or videos if there is any quality problem during this period. We will replace a new one to you in the next order.
