Structure Features:

1.With high torque servo water-cooling motor and a crank connecting rod mechanism,has the advantages of simple structure,convenient maintenance.In the feeding and upper and lower plate,the main transmission servo motor is shutdown,can save about 40% energy.

2.The control system of SIEMENS/FANUC NC system,with a variety of control software for CNC turret punch press required,simple operation.

3.Nodular cast iron of thick and long sleeve type structure,upper,lower die high coaxiality,long mould life.Die distribution of fine according to AMADA structure is divided into A,B,C,D,convenient for the user,save the mold manufacturing costs.

4.Adopt imported precision ball screw and linear guide rail transmission precision,high transmission accuracy.

5.International supporting transmission components,pneumatic components,electrical components,to ensure the reliability of the machine precision and performance.

6.Rotating station adopts worm wheel and worm gear structure,adjustable gap,high positioning accuracy,a punching the largest diameter of up to 50.8mm diameter.

7.Adopt closed wide body,good rigidity,torsion resistance is high,the tempering,remove the welding stress,accuracy and good stability.
