Structure Features:

After welding,the body is machined with the fixture installed only one time.It is processed by imported CNC pentahedron processing center ensuring high rigidity and processing accuracy.

Hydraulic System:

The integrated hydraulic system made by Germany imports is adopts to reduce piping connection,eliminated oil leakage,improve the worke atability,and beautify the machine appearance.

Feeding System:

The high speed and large stroke backguage is made of the most advanced precision linear guideway and ballscrew with its speed up to 300mm/s and the maximum rear stopping stroke up to 1000mm.

Blade:

The shearing blade with four edges is featured with long life,much longer than usual machine.

CNC System:

1,The cutting angel,clearance between blades and shearing stokes are calculated and controlled automatically.

2,Adopt 4.7”monochrome LCD screen,and menu style to program.

3,Diagnostic mode.

4,Search the reference point automatically,and that point when power is off can be set by user.

Supporter:

The pneumatic rear support is optional for processing long and thin plates to improve the accuracy and reduce workload.

Front-Positioning--Options:

Shear Angle and Ram Stroke:

1,The automatic programming is carried out to adjust the shearing angle easily to reduce the workpiece deformation as a result of shearing plates of different length.

2,The ram stroke can also be adjusted automatically to realize fast and accurate shearing of short workpieces and improve productivity.
