PNJ pump is a single-stage centrifugal rubber lined pump,the pump is used for the mines or other industries,

aspirate single particle mixing materials that below 0.5mm,due to the designed impellers and other parts 

have advantages with wear-resistant,corrosion resistance,so it can be used widely.

1. It is rubber lined pump.

2. It  can deliver different kinds of solids without sharp edges solid patticles.

3. The maximum slurry density is not more than 65% (poidometer)

4. The temperature is not higher than 60 celsius degrees.

5. The structure of the two type pumps are same,but the material is different.

6. PNJF pump is dedicated to deliver the corrosive slurry.

PNJ pumps are single-stage, single-suction, centrifugal rubber lined pumps, which suitable for handling

solid particles (no sharp corner).The maximum density is 65% (for weight),and temperature shall below 60

c-degree.PNJ pumps are same in construction but different in materials, PNJ are specially handle corrupt slurries.

Pump coupling with the motor,except 25 type adopt elastic coupling drives directly,in order to improve the 

performance, the others can drives indirectly through triangle belt,but can’t exceed 1800r/min.Bearings 

adopt thin oil lubricated.
