You can carry out according to the following coarse tuning method:

When using certain pieces of the spring plates consists of the elastic system,its rigidity becomes a certain 

value,if the amplitude is not attain to the rated value 1.5mm,if you loosen pressing screws on both sides 

outside vibration exciter,you will found that the amplitude increased,the current descend,then the above 

elastic system stiffness value is large,you should reduce the number pieces of spring plate,if you found the 

opposite phenomenon,the amplitude reduced and the current rise,then the elastic system stiffness value is 

small,you should increase the number pieces of spring plate,use the method to increase or decrease the 

number pieces of spring plates,in order to obtain the required 1.5mm amplitude. 

 1.When you want to replace the spring plate,the upper and the lower fastening screws must be tightened,

make the connecting fork can’t move,after the replace is completed,loosening the head screw to drive.

 2.When you want to replace the unified specifications spring plate,not increase or decrease the spring plate 

pieces optional.

 3.The connecting fork in the middle of the spring plate,you should make both sides of the spring plate with 

equal length.
