High Durability of the Whole Machine Hydrocyclone 

The influence of feeding property,it is mainly consist of feed particle size(including mud content) and 

feed density.The composition of feeding particle size and the requirement of products particle size influen-

ced on the selected cyclone diameter and feed pressure.When the size and pressure of the cyclone are 

balanced,the feed density have an important influence on the overflow particle size and grading efficiency,

if the feed density is higher,the grading size became thick,the grading efficiency will decreased.When the 

grading size is 0.074mm,the best feeding particle size is 10-20%.The grading size is 0.019mm,

the best feeding density is 5-10%.

It is easy assembly and disassembly, and has the following characteristics: convenient maintenance, 

low capital cost, high unit volume treatment capacity, fine separation size and high grading efficiency.
