Hydrocyclone is without moving parts, and it's simple in structure; large production capacity of unit volume, 

small occupation area; high classification efficiency (can be up to 80% ~ 90%), and fine grading size; 

low cost, and less material consumption.

Hydrocyclone is used for grading,sorting,thickening and desliming.when the hydrocyclone is used for 

grading,it is mainly used with the grinding&grading system for desliming;it can also used for desliming in 

the gravity separation plant.It used as the equipment for thickening and dehydration.It can be used to 

concentrate the evacuation tailings backfill in underground mining tunnel.Without moving parts,the 

structure is simple,

(2).Equipment is of low cost, easy assembly and disassembly, convenient repair, small occupation area, 

and low construction cost;

(3).Large handling capacity of unit volume;

(4).Fine grading size and it can be up to about 10μm;
