Disk feeder details:
ZC series disk feeder is a easy installation machine that suitable for mineral powder feeding of sizes below 20mm.There are two types of this machine,which means open type and closed type.With these types(open and closed) of machines,feeding quantity can be controlled properly by adjusting the position of scraper.It has the open type is suitable for dry and soft materials feeding,while the closed type is suitable for sticky ores with much mud and moisture feeding.

Information of disk feeder:
Disc feeder is suitable for the feeding equipment that the powder ores under 20mm.Disc feeder consists of driving device,feeder body and metering composed of belt conveyor and metering device.Feeders and belt conveyor consists of the driving device,this electromagnetic clutch device of the disk feeder with the effect of make the feeder stop and open conversion function, it can feed materials uniformly, continuously to the next process, applicable to feed a variety of non viscous material,not suitable for the powder material wth good flow properties used in the disc feeder,feeding material ore, coal, cement, clinker, limestone, clay and other powdery, granular or small bulk materials.
