Pulp suction area: while working, the filter plate immersing in the pulp combines vacuum pressure under the 

action of capillarity, to absorb the surface to be a layer of filter cake .The filtrate enters into the distributing 

valve via filter plate and then to the discharging tank.

Spray washing area: After the filter cake comes out from the pulp popper, it sprays and washes the filter cake.

Drying area: The filter cake continues to be dewatered under the action of high vacuum force.

Discharging area: Under the condition of vacuum-free, the scraper will discharge automatically.

Back flushing: The industrial water or filtrate enters into ceramic plate via the distributing valve,and they are 

washed from the internal to the external .Clean the micro-pores blocked. After a period of using the ceramic 

plate,clean the ceramic plate with ultrasonic and low-concentration acid, to keep high-efficiency application 

of the ceramic plate.
