Working principle of copper wire recycling machine

When the raw material goes into the crusher , they will be cryshed into powders. Then they will be transported to the gravity sorter by the conveyor. Under the affect of vibration screen , the crushed wire powder and copper powder will flow into different parts , in order to achieve the copper and wire ' s separation.

And during the production, the main point is that our machines equip with the second-crushing part, that means if the powder is much larger, it will be return and crushing again, so that it can improve the separation rate, can be reached to 99.9%.

Meanwhile, our machine equips with dust collector, it can absorb the dust, fine dust, bug dust, etc, which can make sure the working site clean and also good for the workers' heanth.

3. About packaging

 

we can offer free fumigation plywood case with steel frame, it not only can protect machine from damage, but also avoid checking when exporting. For multiple machines, or production line, it's better to loaded in standard container 20GP, 40GP, usually it needs wrapped with plastic firstly, plywood case, then loaded in container.

 

4. About shipping

 

we can offer EXW, FOB and CIF terms. 

 

EXW: You arrange the shipping details from our factory to your port by yourself.

 

FOB: We arrange freight transport to Qingdao, Shanghai or other ports of China, then you arrange the shipping details from China port to your country port. 

 

CIF: We arrange all shipping details to your country port, and ensure machines smooth arrival.
