Thermocouple Application

They are usually composed to the main components such as armoured thermocouple elements, mounted fixing devices, connection boxes and so on .

 1.    Sheath thermocouple element: it is a solid substance combined by metal sleeves, insulants (commonly the magnesia powder) and thermocouple wires. According to the structural form of the measured terminal, It may be divided into unground type , ground type, terminal exposed type , separable unground type for consumers’ choice. If not defined by the consumers , we may offer the unground type.

2.For installing the setting device, its structural form may be divided into non-fixing device , fixed cutting sleeve thread, movable cutting sleeve screw, fixed cutting sleeve flange , fixed compressed flange, flexible compressed flange, outer protection tube type etc.
