Product Introduction


Definition of black body: an object that can absorb all external radiation energy and radiate all its own energy at the same time.

The main technical indicators of black body: emissivity of black body, diameter of black body cavity, temperature uniformity and uncertainty of radiation temperature. Therefore, in order to ensure the product quality of black body, black body is usually designed according to temperature segmentation. Usually what we call black body is artificial black body. The emissivity of artificial black body is close to 1, but not equal to 1.

The main function of black body is to generate standard radiation at a certain temperature. Therefore, it is mainly used to calibrate various radiation thermometers, such as optical pyrometers, infrared thermometers, infrared thermal imagers, etc. in temperature measurement.

Black body is mainly used in the field of temperature measurement in industry, and the main product is black body furnace. For the calibration and verification of radiation thermometer, the comparison method is usually used, that is, through a high-stability radiation source (usually a black body radiation source) and other supporting equipment, the temperature reproduced by the standard instrument is compared with the temperature reproduced by the radiation thermometer to be tested to determine whether it is qualified or give a calibration result.

As a standard radiation source, standard black bodies are mainly used to calibrate radiation thermometers, infrared thermometers and radiation temperature sensor detectors. They are not only suitable for calibrating radiation thermometers in laboratories of metrology institutions at all levels, but can also be used for on-site calibration.


Product Function


The dry block can provide a stable, uniform and accurate temperature environment (temperature field), providing performance similar to that of a thermostatic bath (liquid bath), but the dry oven is easy to carry and does not require liquid. The dry oven reaches the predetermined temperature point and the temperature stabilization time is 5 to 10 times faster than the thermostatic bath, which can greatly save the time of the calibrator and improve the temperature verification speed. The portability of the dry oven enables it to be calibrated on site, thus solving the difficulty of transporting the thermostatic bath.

The dry block can be used to easily calibrate temperature sensors, mercury thermometers, expansion thermometers, thermocouples, thermal resistors, and other temperature sensors.

2. Safety protection mechanism: Add a safety protection mechanism for temperature control equipment to prevent equipment overheating or other unexpected situations.

3. The touch screen needs to have an indicator light to show whether the temperature is stable, such as a red indicator light when it is not stable, and a green display after the temperature is stable.

4. The equipment needs to have a safety device, and the equipment can automatically power off when internal leakage/short circuit/open circuit occurs; the equipment power and power line load need to match

5. Blackbody furnaces with different apertures can be customized, 20mm, 30mm, p50mm, p60mm.

6. The materials used in the equipment must have good safety performance and meet ROHS requirements. Workpieces made of black rubber, PVC, and polyurethane materials that come into contact with the product must provide a ROHS report.
