Description of vacuum electric resistance furnace:
Kejia vacuum electric resistance furnace is widely sinter or anneal of some material under the inert gases condition. The maximum temperature can reach 1700℃.The furnace chamber is made of high pure Zirconia fiber material, the heating element is tungsten alloy.Be with water cooling system, vacuum seal, stainless steel furnace shell , vacuum gas flow controller.

Quick zirconia sintering,denture processing,universities and colleges, scientific research institutes, medical and health, petroleum chemical industry, mining enterprise, quality and technology supervision agencies, and other laboratory.
Features of vacuum electric resistance furnace:
1. In KJ-1200VF, Operation Temperature: 1100℃,(1200℃ for short time);
In KJ-1600VF, Operation Temperature: 1500℃,(1600℃ for short time);
2. Maximum energy efficiency is achieved by surrounding the chamber with thermal-efficient alumina fiber ceramic insulation.
3. Heavy duty double layer structure with cooling fan. Lower teperature in outside case.
4. PID automatic control via current limiting phase angle fired the resistor, e.g. SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier).
5. Power control with 30 segments programmable.
6. Widely used in the heat treatment of metallic material in coarse vacuum, in reducibility or protective atmosphere.
7. Can also be used for special heat treatment of materials, such as carbon products in the development process of carbonation.
