KJ-series tube furnace use high pure alumina or quartz tube as furnace ing range is from 800°C to 1600°C.KJ series tube furnace are widely used in the labs of university and research institutions,also used in factory for production.The precision temperature controller will provide 30 segments heating and cooling steps with +/- 1 °C accuracy. This furnace system also includes an anti-corrosive Pirani Capacitance Diaphragm Gauge to enable vacuum measurements with aggressive gases.

2. Maximum energy efficiency is achieved by surrounding the chamber with thermal-efficient alumina fiber ceramic insulation.

4. PID automatic control via current limiting phase angle fired the resistor, e.g. SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier).             

5. Power control with 30 segments programmable.
