KJ-1800X Industrial high temperature electric heat treatment furnace Kanthal super as heating element adopts double-shell structure and intelligent temperature control system, phase trigger and SCR control. The furnace chamber uses 1800-type polycrystalline alumina fiber and the double inter-shell equipped with air-cooled system can do fast heating and cooling. It adopts microsoftware to start constant current to prolong the life-span of the heating elements. The furnace has the advantages of the more accurate temperature control, the balanced temperature field, the simple operation, the fast rate of temperature increasing and decreasing and energy saving.

used for universities, institutions of higher learning and scientific research departments and industrial and mining enterprises to do powder sintering, ceramic sintering, high-temperature experiment and quality assessment.
