Brief Introduction for Drying Oven:

Kejia KJ-DR drying oven is a Class 1000  Clean Room Compatible Mechanical 

Convection Oven. Clean air is circulated within the sealed case with a ULPA filter 

to keep the quantity of dust particles (> 0.5 micron particle size) below 3.5 per liter. 

Max. working temperature of the clean room oven is 250ºC and its temperature controller 

comes with 30 programmable segments. It is an excellent oven for drying semiconductor 

wafers and components.
