Brief Introduction

KJ-1600VCB Vacuum crucible furnace is composed
by alumina crucible and stainless steel flange, which
is mainly used in sintering of high pure compound under
vacuum or inert atmosphere, anneal or spread of
semiconductor wafer; Roast or sinter of ceramic material.
