This furnace adopts lift type bottom structure, is more convenient to load and take material, the internal chamber heated from four sides, the temperature field is more uniform, using 1800 type heating element, working temperature 1650 ℃. 1. Operation Temperature: 1600°C (1700℃ for short time). 
2. Compact furnace chamber with auto lift and drop tray.
3. Maximum energy efficiency is achieved by surrounding the chamber with thermal-efficient alumina 
    fiber ceramic insulation.
4. Heavy duty double layer structure with cooling fan. Lower temperature in outside case.
5. PID automatic control via current limiting phase angle fired the resistor, e.g. SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier).

6. Power control with 30 or 50 segments programmable.

2. Why that the max. temperature can just use less than 2 hours?

It will harm the heating elements when using max. temperature for too long time.
