The production line of carbon filter includes the following equipments:

Fourth part	Cutting machine	The improved cutting is half-automatic, you need one people operate the cutting machine. It is faster than before.

Sixth part	Collection shelf	putting the carbon filter cartridge in the shelf
Production line could work 24 hours without a break.

Production capacity:

1.300mm-400mm/min,If water cool carbon filter cartridge directly.On basis of ID=32mm,OD=63MM

This cooling system could produce large production capacity

2.150mm-200mm/min if water cool mold directly not cool carbon cartridge.on basis of ID=32mm,OD=63mm

This cooling system could avoid that carbon cartridge is wet
