CTO Cartridge Machine :

CTO Big Blue Carbon Block Filters contain compressed coal or coconut shell activated carbon,this structure allows for prolonged contact with water,larger filtration area more can be revealed the higher adsorption capacity for odor,sediment,chlorine, taste,certain pesticides,solvents,aromatic hydrocarbons,fehnol,benzen and other organic compunds .

4.)Parameter of cto carbon filter cartridge machine

Production line could work 24 hours without a break.

Production capacity:300mm~400mm/minute if water cool carbon cartridge directly ,on basis of ID=32MM,OD=63MM.

This cooling system could produce large production capacity.

150mm~200mm/minute if water cool mold directly not cool carbon cartridge, on basis of ID=32MM,OD=63MM.

This cooling system could avoid that carbon cartridge is Wet.You could choose any cooling system as your want.

Rated Power:16.45KW/set

Running power:8kwh per hour when machine is running.

Raw material: 85%~ 90% active carbon granule and 10%~15% PE glue powder.

We suggest Carbon material mesh:30-60

Layout of whole production line:(1.5m*9m)
