Product Description

Geerda K11 Flexile waterproof coating is a two-component acrylic polymer modified cement-based waterproof materials. This material is composed of high-grade cement polymer powder, selected auxiliaries and liquid high-polymer additives, which forms a layer of tough,elastic waterproof membrane. This membrane has a good adhesion to concrete and mortar, which prevents the water from infiltration.

Surface Preparation

1. Remove all loose or powdery paint residues by brushing and scraping with a stiff fiber brush.

2. Fill any minor cracks with appropriate filler.

3. Surface should be flat and sanded smooth.

4. Recoat interval should be over 2 hours.(depend on touch dry)

Construction Instruction

1. Before painting, the surface must be clean, dry, firm and smooth.

2. Fill the minor cracks with cement mortar. Sharp edges should be removed.

3. If the surface is too dry, it must be pre-wetted to sathuration and be thoroughly damp, but have no water on it.

Environment Requirement for Construction

Construction temperature: >= 0 centigrade( Do not construct in moisture and non-ventilated environment)

Usage

1. Pour the liquid into a clean vessel, add the powder, and mix it until no limp is left.

2. Applied with brush or roller directly.

3. The first layer is used for damp proof. For the waterproof use, it should be brush two or three layers. The second layer is applied after thoroughly fry of the first layer in the opposite direction( for example. Second layer should be applied in horizontal direction if the first layer is applied in vertical direction,)

4. Keep stirring in order to prevent precipitation during operation.
