Product Description

Surface Preparation

1. Remove all loose or powdery paint residues by brushing and scraping with a stiff fiber brush.

2. Fill any minor cracks with appropriate filler.

3. Surface should be flat and sanded smooth.

4. Recoat interval should be over 2 hours.(depend on touch dry)

Construction Instruction

1. Theoretical Paint Consumption

14 square meter/L (actual paint consumption may have differed slightly subject to different roughness and looseness of substrates)

2 . Suggested Tool

  Roller painting, brush painting and spray painting, 

 

3 . Dilution Ratio

  Can be diluted by adding clean water (10 %-20 %), dilution ratio should not be greater than 20 %.

  Brush or Roller painting: For new walls, generally can add 10 % water.

  Spray painting: water ratio should control at less than 20 %.

4. Cleanup

 Clean it with water.

Environment Requirement for Construction

(1) Temperature: > 10 centigrade

(2) Humidity: < 85 centigrade

  

Testing Methods for the Moisture Content of the Surface

1. Paster testing: Stick the paster on the substrate, have it fully sealed, once it comes out frost after 24 hours, it indicated that the moisture content is too high to construct.

2. Newspaper testing: Tile the wall surface with dry newspaper and then seal it with tape. Once the paper becomes wet after 12 hours, it indicated that the moisture content is too high to construct.

 

Notes for Use

 

1. Please read the instruction before construction.

2. Mix well when it is opened.

3. Can be diluted by adding clean water.

4. Should avoid excessive paint when applying roller or bush painting.

5. Thinned paint should not be ppoured back to the oridinal can.

6. Please used it up ASAP, once it is opened.
