·By sea, by your appointed shipping line or shipping agent,also could be shiped by our agent.

a.Warranty policy:one year after shippment;
b.Could send you replacement item after we confirm the broken item;
c.Evaluate the customs risks and choose the cheapest,fastest,and saftest delivery methods and shipping company during different periods;
d.Follow up and feedback the status of cargo after you confirm receiving the package.

Q: Where is the location of your factory? 

A: We have two factories in Guangzhou and Huizhou.

Q:How long is the delivery time?

A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods need be manufactured it depending

on the quantity.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A:We provide sample. Whether it's free depending on it's own value, and we need to charge the fee for shipment. 

Q: Is OEM acceptable?

 A: Yes, OEM and ODM are welcome, we can carved the logo on the products as request with authorization.

Q:What is your payment term?

A:1. Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. 

       Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
