Part 1.  General process:

Part 2.  Main product pictures:

1. Primary crushing (Jaw crusher): coarse crushing raw material in the  gold ore concentrate  

2. Secondary crushing & Third crushing (Fine jaw crusher):

fine crushing the material which came out from primary or secordary crusher  in the  gold ore concentrate

 3. Grinding (Ball mill ) in the  gold ore concentrate: for grinding crushed raw material to specific size powder 

4. Classifying ( Spiral classifier) in the  gold ore concentrate : classifying the granule. The bigger granule will be send back to ball mill, and the suitable granule was sent to next step.

5. Iron removing separator (Magnetic separator) in the  gold ore concentrate  : separating fine material from grinded raw material, this product is mainly

used for removing iron or selecting iron from material. 

6. Chemical separating (Flotation machine) in the  gold ore concentrate : separating fine material from grinded material. This product is used for selecting

specific ore by using chemicals from raw material, such as gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc etc.
