Part 1.  General process:

♦ Grinding (Ball mill)

♦ Classifying (Sprial classifier or High frequency vibrating screen)

♦ Ore separating ( Flotation machine/ Magnetic seperator )

♦ Concentrating (Concentrator)

Part 2.  Main product pictures:

1. Primary crushing (Jaw crusher): coarse crushing raw material in the  nickel ore processing plant  

 2. Secondary crushing & Third crushing (cone crusher):

fine crushing the material which came out from primary or secordary crusher  in the  nickel ore processing plant  

3. Grinding (Ball mill ) in the nickel ore processing plant: for grinding crushed raw material to specific size powder 

4. Classifying ( Spiral classifier) in the nickel ore processing plant : classifying the granule. The bigger granule will be send back to ball mill, and the suitable granule was sent to next step.

6. Chemical separating (Flotation machine) in the  iron ore beneficiation plant : separating fine material from grinded material. This product is used for selecting specific ore by using chemicals from raw material, such as gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc etc.
