Machine Introduction:

(1) Design speed: 100m/min.

(2) Corrugated rollers are made of 48CrMo alloy steel, with heat treatment for hardness HRC58-60, surface plated with chrome treatment.

(3) Corrugated roller: dia.280mm, with drum (crowning shape)

(4) Press roller: dia.285mm, with drum (crowning shape)

(5) Cardboard transmission adopts vacuum suction fingerless design, with wind control system to provide perfect flute formation during high speed manufacturing.

(6) Gimbal driver system. Individual immersion oil gear type drive box, separating dynamic vibrations improve running stability, easy and fast for maintenance.

(7) Gluing roller: embossed with netting design and chrome plated.

(8) Adjustment of upper corrugated roller, pressure roller and glue roller controlled by pneumatic system.

(9) Adopts preheating and preconditioning rollers.

(10) Gluing pump is recycling which is safe and reliable.

(11) Glue part can be running independently or non-independently while stopped.

(12) Adopt main motor frequency conversion control.
