Detailed Product Description

(1) Diameter of Pre-heater Roller:600mm,800mm, 900mm,1000mm,1100mm Available Discretionarily.
(2) Effective Width: 1400mm-2200mm 
(3) The Surface of the Rolls are Polished and Plated with Chrome

(4) Electric Control of the Heating Area

(5) Butterfly Head Design, Assuring Adequate Heating

(6) Simplex, Duplex and Triplex Glue Machine are respectively.  

(8) Accurate grinding and chromed surface of heating roller and wrapping roller, which is smooth and shining.

(9) Heating roller adopts professional manufacturer product, passed the nation pressure vessel test.

(10) Heating roller and wrapping roller adopts plating treatment.

(11) Electromotion heating angle adjustment and the adjustable range is 60'-270'.

(12) Wrapping roller: 2sets, one fix roller, and other one floating roller.

(13) Adopts special sealing method, following the firstly grade sealing method in China, passed the China sealing test, with certificate.
