Rotary dryer is mainly composed of cylinder, under frame, feeding and discharging devices, transmission device, gear cover, etc. The accessories which are not in the the scope of this machine include firebox, feeding and discharging equipment, dust catcher, etc.

Rotary dryer manufactured by us adopts new lifting plate, which is of functions like guiding, current-sharing, and material raising. The materials are raised and evenly drop so that they are in full contact with heat for better drying efficiency. The wet material is fed into one end of the rotating cylinder where longitudinal parallel lifting fights pick up the material and cascade it in thin even sheets so that it will dry most advantageously. Usually as the material dries, its angle of repose changes. To accommodate this change, the lifting flight sections differ in size and shape, thus assuring optimum heat transfer at all points within the dryer. 

The dryer is provided with automatic temperature, pressure and electrical controls, with burner systems capable of firing natural gas, propane and/or oil. Direct heat rotary dryer are available in sizes ranging from 6" to 156" in diameter and lengths from 3' to 100'.

1. Daily maintenance of rotary dryer:
 1) Daily with a soft cotton cloth to wipe the device, in order to maintain a neat appearance.
 2) Check the gas supply before starting daily FRL, when the oil level is low add oil and water in discharge.
 3) Daily cleaning dust inside the fluff, ensure good ventilation, the equipment to play the best drying results.

2. Month maintenance
 1) Open the rear cover, with a soft cotton cloth to clean the inside.
 2) The filling oil bearings and other moving parts to reduce friction.
 3) Check the belt tension, adjust the pulley. It's easy lead to shock and loosening of the site, including electrical wiring, door rocker, pipe connections, etc. sturdiness.
