Most copper ore is mined or extracted as copper sulfides from large open pit mines in porphyry copper deposits that 

contain 0.4 to 1.0% copper. For example, Mine in New Mexico, US, Chuquicamata in Chile, Bingham Canyon Mine in 

Utah,etc. The average abundance of copper found within crustal rocks is approximately 68 ppm by mass, and 22 ppm 

by atoms. 

Copper Ore Beneficiation Plant flow:

Firstly, the copper ore is blasted, the copper ore stone will be loaded by a heavy duty truck, then it will be transported into

 the primary crusher which reduces the ores to 8 inches or smaller. 

After crushing process, the copper ore is send to ball mill for grinding. Inside the ball mill, the crushed copper ore will 

grind the ore to about 0.2 mm with 3inch steel balls. This copper ore slurry is finally pumped to the flotation deck. This

 copper ore slurry is finally pumped to the flotation deck with the fine sulfide ore (~-0.5 mm) going to froth flotation cells

 for recovery of copper.

Flotation machine application:

Flotation machine for sorting colored black metal, but also for non_metalic. Such as: coal, fluorite, talc sorting. The

 flotation machine driven by the motor driven the impeller triangle on behalf of the rotation, a centrifugal vacuum formed, 

on the one hand, inhalation of the pulp mixed with sufficient air, on the other hand stirring the slurry with drug mixture, 

while refined foam, form adhesive on top of fossil, float to the surface and then form a slurry bubble mineralization. Ram

 height adjustment, control surface, so that the bubble is a useful scraper scraped.
