Jaw crusher is one of the most popular equipment in mine industry production. It is mainly used in all kinds of materials with middle crushing or coarse crushing, and the crush resistance below 320MPa. Jaw crusher consists of frame, eccentric shaft, belt wheel, flywheel, movable jaw, side guard plate, toggle plate, toggle backseat, gap adjusting screw, returning spring, fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate. Toggle plate is also used to guarantee the security. 

The main work parts of jaw crusher are composed of the fixed jaw plate and movabale jaw plate, The motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw do periodic motion to the fixed jaw surround the eccentric shaft. The stuff will be crushed in this process . Jaw crusher is suitable to crush various kinds of ores and rocks of rough, medium hardness.

Jaw crusher uses electric motor as the motive power, the motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw to do periodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate increases when moving jaw moves . So the moving jaw moves towards the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw moves leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring, the final crushed stuff will be discharged from the outlet.
