Introduction to Hammer Crusher Machine

Hammer crusher series products are mainly common secondary crushing and fine crushing series, and secondary crushing and fine crushing series used for coal crushing. The general type hammer crusher is widely used for crushing limestone, potassium feldspar, coal, salt, bricks , gypsum, detritus and other kinds of stone and no-metallic materials.The compressive strength of raw material can not be over 150Mpa, the moisture content of the raw material face must be less than 2% (for the the reversible hammer crusher, the moisture content can be less than 9%). The coal use hammer crusher is mainly used for crushing the coal, gypsum and other brittle material, whose compressive strength is less than 12Mpa and surface moisture is less than 9%. So it is widely used in cement, building materials, coal, chemical industry, metallurgy mine, etc.

Working Principle of Hammer Crusher Machine 
Hammer crusher machine strike the stone by the high speed rotating hammer, then the stone self-open and vulnerable parts are crushed. When the stone fall into the crushing cavity, it is crushed by the high speed rotating hammer. At the same time, the stone get kinetic energy during the impact, and rush to the crushing plate and grid section, and get a further crushing. In addition, during the whole process, the stones striking each other, and have a crushing effect. After crushing, the stones are discharged from grid section, few big stones will be crushed again by the hammer until they can be discharged from the gap.
