Hydraulic cone crusher adopts computer optimization design to speed up main shaft speed. The unique crushing chamber replace system can quickly replace components in crushing chamber to meet different size requirement. The friction disc design and rotation of eccentric shaft bushing around fix cone plus more reasonable "labyrinthseal" system are unique features of HPC series, which have more advantages like easier operation, larger application scope, more reliable, more smooth functioning comparing with spring and traditional cone crusher. Hydraulic cone crusher mainly consists of frame, eccentric bushing, main shaft, driving tank, feeding hopper, separating material plate, rolling motor wall, adjusting device, release cylinder and gears, etc. The adjustment and safety guard are driven by the hydraulic cylinder and oil tank system which locate in the bottom of the main shaft. The rise and fall of the main shaft and crushing cavity was pushed by the increase and decrease of the oil in the hydraulic cylinder. And this process makes the adjustment of the discharging opening come to realize. Besides, the overpower protection is empower by the accumulator equipped with an inert gas. 

1. The crushing chamber is special designed according to particles-layer- pressure principle. The special chamber and the suitable rotary speed improve crushing ratio and capacity, so does the cubic product percentage.
2. With hydraulic protection and hydraulic chamber cleaning, the machine is high-automatic. If something abnormal happens, the machine will lift up the cover and discharging the materials automatically.
3. The mantle and bowl liner are made by high abrasion materials.
4. It is adjusted by hydraulic device and lubricated by diluted oil.

Hydraulic cone crusher crushes materials by the working surface between the movable cone and fixed cone. The movable cone of the cone crusher is supported by spherical bearing and fixed on an hanging erect shaft which is set in the eccentric sleeve, and the sleeve is set on the stopping and pushing bearing.
