Function:
Polypropylene fibermesh, as the filling material of concrete, has the properties of good dispersibility, resistance to acid and alkali. The main functions are:
1. Decrease the fragility of high strength concrete;
2. Increase the quality of concrete;
3. Increase the freezing resistance of concrete;
4. Increase the impact resistance of concrete;
5. Increase the durability resistance of cncrete;
6. Increase the fire resistance of concrete.
Appliction Instruction:
1. Mixing amount: 0.9kg/m³ for common use.
2. Stirring requirement: It is no need to change the proportion of cement, sand and aggregate. Put the crushed stones into the blender first, then put the fiber and last the sand. Stir up for 2 minutes. Then put the cement and water and stir up until the fiber mixed completely.
Application Field:
1. The surface of road, bridge, runway and floor of the factory.
2. Wall and roof of the tunnel and mine.
3. Dam, river, bridge pier, dock and military protection facilities.
