PP Twisted Bundle Concrete Fibers are very popular among construction and engineering nowadays. They are used to fill in the concrete instead of steel fiber because PP Twisted Bundle fibers are of acid

and alkali resistance, excellent tensile and easy dispersing. Thus PP twisted bundle fibers are more convenient for construction and engineering than steel fiber.

Function of PP Twisted Bundle Concrete Fiber:

Different length of PP twisted bundle fiber:

 

 

 

Use instruction:

 

1. Mixing amount: 2.7kg/m³ for common use. 5.5kg/m³ for reinforcement requirement.

2. Stirring requirement: It is no need to change the proportion of cement, sand and aggregate.

Crushed stones, fibers, and sand are put into the blender in succession. Afetr stirring for 2 minutes, put the cement and water and stir until the fiber mixed completely.

 

Application Field:

 

1. The surface of road, bridge, runway and floor of the factory.

2. Wall and roof of the tunnel and mine.

3. Dam, river, bridge pier, dock and military protection facilities.
