  6) Adopt pneumatic system to control of filling and sealing, this machine is easy to operate and maintain.

  7) Different Screw using different vibrating tray, straight-line oscillation.

  8) The same vibrating tray can only pack one kind of screw, if you want to pack serious kinds of screw, the machine need to add different kinds of vibrating tray.

  9) This machine adopts microcomputer, can finish pulling, forming, fulfilling, measuring, sealing, cutting, counting, code dated printing, and conveying bags automatically.

The working process:

Automatic detection - automatic counting -  automatic filling - automatic bagging - automatic bag sealing - date printing - automatic cutting - Finished products convey.

It also can mixed stowage materials with different counting hoppers or packing more materials by one kind of hoppers
